Government of Andhra Pradesh
has mandated APIIC to take up the project of Integrated
Convention Centre Complex at Hyderabad through
Public Private Participation. M/s Emaar Properties
PJSC, Dubai are the developers.
The project components are as follows:
Convention Centre:
The Convention Centre with
a plenary hall capacity of 4000-6000 with facilities
for hospitality, accommodation with suitable parking
lot.
Hotels:
State-of-the-art hotel(s) that
would be the perfect rendezvous to mix business
with pleasure
Golf Course:
An 18 hole International Proffessional
Championship Golf Course, with fully equipped
clubhouse and supporting services
Villas:
Villas and Residential Facilities
The Government offered about
250 acres of prime land for the project at Manikonda
village, Rajendranagar Mandal, RR District adjacent
to Indian School of Business. An extra land can
also be provided as per requirement.
Interested investors to participate
in the project and corporates to utilize the facilities
are welcome.
